Private Equity

Support to a private equity fund in identifying value levers in its portfolio of investee companies, which included businesses in the retail, agribusiness, and energy sectors. 
The work structured a digital transformation agenda focused on value generation, with customized initiatives per company and prioritization based on financial impact and synergy-building capacity. 

Chemical Industry

Mapping value levers focused on efficiency and productivity, prioritizing digital initiatives aimed at automating critical processes, reducing losses, and improving industrial management. After the diagnosis, we supported detailing the prioritized initiatives and continued working on the transformation of selected fronts with squads dedicated to implementation. 

Fuel Distributor

Development of a logistics transformation plan for a national fuel distributor. The project involved operational diagnosis and prioritization of initiatives with potential savings exceeding R$ 100 million (approx. USD 18 million). The plan was built focusing on measurable impact, execution feasibility, and integration with the company’s management model. 

Sanitation Company

Support to a sanitation company in identifying, prioritizing, and detailing the main value levers of the concession, including fraud prevention and reduction of operational losses.
