Development Programs

EloGroup Academy

The EloGroup Academy is our program that aims to disseminate knowledge, formation and improvement on our TAM integrated approach: here we guarantee that all EloGroupers are deepening their Technology, Analytics and Management expertise.

Care

The Care Program goal is to share information on quality of life to EloGroupers, focusing on 3 main pillars: Mental Health, Body Health and Well-Being. Within this program, we promote initiatives like psychological on-calls, yoga and meditation classes, thematic lives on quality of life, weekly emotional tracking and research that closely check our team’s mental health, assuring that care is address in a daily basis.

EloCampi

EloCampi is our relationship committee with university students. By initiatives with universities, departments, junior companies, academic centers, PETs, Enactus, consultancy clubs, entrepreneurship groups and other types of organizations, we take practical knowledge to provide the gap that exists in schools, bringing the youth closer to the corporate world and the technical themes that are most in the spotlight at the moment. Doing it so, we positively impact the university ecosystem and connect with talents that fit within our culture and values.

Committee B Yourself

The Committee B Yourself is responsible for representing and include all diversity groups found at EloGroup. Its mission is to study themes within diversity and inclusion, contributing to build and execute strategically D&I actions, as well as supporting the decision-makings in the matter.

Summer Job EloGroup

The Summer Job is EloGroup’s summer internship, a program intended for university students from all over Brazil who want to: live a day-to-day client experience, receive a consultancy training and get feedback on their work. By the end of the 3-month internship, the student also has the opportunity of completing a challenge developed by the company.

EloGrouping Day

The EloGrouping Day is the monthly encounter that reunites all EloGroupers, strengthening our one-firm fit. In its schedule, we give visibility to project cases, market studies, squad presentations and trainings, guarantying the alignment of all actions and company’s strategic plans, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and exchange between all levels of the organization.

When we talk about problem-solving, we are emphasizing the importance of always addressing real issues in a clear and direct way. Here at EloGroup, we always aim to think about end-to-end solutions with knowledge and impact. We want to ensure effective technical delivery, scalability, and, above all, delight for our clients in every project we undertake.

At EloGroup, we combine methodological rigor with simplicity and practicality. We always work closely with our clients, getting hands-on and ensuring efficient project management. Our primary goal with this competency is to ensure that we consistently have great quality and committed work.
